Ladder Mummy

The ladder mummy tie builds on a number of common techniques to create a relatively fast to tie full body bondage.

Step 1 - Start with a bight in the center of the rope.

Step 3 - Bring the running end around the back of the body and then back under the standing end to create a ladder tie section.

Step 4 - Repeat the ladder tie down the torso

Step 5 - Keep repeating until you reach the ankles and tie the ends off with some form of knot.

Step 6 - I just used a square knot to tie the ropes off.

Step 7 - Without a cinch rope, this bondage is not very secure. Take a single piece of rope (I used a 30’ piece for this) and feed the one of each ends over the top of the rope near each arm.

Step 8 - Feed the running ends under the arms and over the top of the lark’s head at the top of the ladder tie. By placing this rope here, we can prevent the ladder tie from slipping up over the shoulders.

Step 9 - Feed the running end back between the arm and torso on each side.

Step 10 - Pull the running end back under the arm under the top band of the ladder tie.

Step 11 - Pull tight, bringing all of the rope back through to the back side. You should now have a long length of rope coming out of the back of each arm just under the top set of rope bands.

Step 12 - Feed the running end UNDERNEATH the bottom side of the second set of bands for the ladder tie and OVER the front of the set of bands.

Step 13 - Pull the rope back through underneath the front to the back, wrapping around the underneath of the next set of wraps down and up over the front side of that wrap. Zig-zag in this way until you reach the set of wraps near the wrist.

Step 14 - Pull the running end under the wrist just like for the previous ends and bring both ends around the back and tuck them under the first set of wraps that are not covering the wrists

Step 15 - Pull tight and bring the two running ends OVER the front of the ladder tie. Taking the left rope to the left side of the ladder segment and the right rope to the right side.

Step 16 - Repeat the zig-zag pattern down the legs just like with the arms.
